The YRA Presents: An Evening with Dave Perry 

The Yacht Racing Association is pleased to announce the next event in our series of popular Racer Socials. Please join us on Wednesday March 18th at the Encinal Yacht Club for an evening with Dave Perry, an expert on sailing and racing rules. Dave is the author of a number of books including Understanding the Racing Rules of Sailing through 2016, “Winning in One-Designs, Dave Perry’s 100 Best Racing Rule Quizzes, and North U Rules and Tactics Seminar Workbook. Dave is a talented teacher and writer and his books about the rules are perhaps the best books about racing rules in print.

 We’ll spend the evening discussing racing rules and will finish with a question and answer session with Dave. More details about the evening will be available shortly, but you can register now. Admission to the talk is only $20.  A pre-talk buffet dinner, beginning at 6pm, will be available as well (Buffet dinner tickets will be purchased from Encinal Yacht Club directly).  We expect this to be a very popular event and space is limited to the first 150 registrants so be sure to make your reservation soon!
