In today’s world, your reputation, more than anything else, determines the success or failure of your business.  Because of the internet, it is now easy for anyone to discover what your customers think about you and your business.  If you don’t know how build a great reputation and control any negative feedback and reviews, you will lose in a highly competitive marketplace. 

 This FREE workshop was designed to give you easy to do steps that will enhance your reputation.  In addition, you will learn the latest trends in on line reviews and learn how to control any negative reviews you receive!  We start with a reputation assessment and end with a simple checklist you can use to start building a stellar reputation today!
 

About Bob Voss:  Bob Voss an instructor of the Business Entrepreneur Program at Dakota County Technical College.  His background includes starting, managing, and growing five businesses and is currently the Chief Manager of BizOwner Training LLC, an online assessment Company. 

Bob graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a BA degree in Communications and in 2008, Bob was awarded the national Entrepreneur Instructor of the Year for NACCE (National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship). Bob is also the author of the new book, 21 Question Business/Success Plan™.


Please Note:  The room number is: E2305.  Century College is just north of I-694 and Century.  The entrance is on the north side of the horseshoe road that circles the parking area. There are visitor parking spots. The entrance has two ramps.  Take the ramp on the left that leads to the 2nd floor entrance. The room we are in is to the left of the entrance/eating area.
