Senior Compliance Specialist at Oswald Companies and team leader in Federal employee benefit compliance issues.  Mr. Clark is also responsible for leading client account teams in delivery of services including reporting, profitability analysis,and leadership of risk steering and advisory committees.  

Mr. Clark also worked as a certified public accounting for a world-wide public accounting firm for 10 years, then as a Chief Financial Officer for two privately-owned Cleveland companies. He has 30 years of accounting and management experience, with the last 17 years specializing in the employee benefit and group insurance field.
