Additional Information

Team registration deadline is May 20, 2016.
Space will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 8 teams.
Booth decor, team staff, and chili are to be ready by 5:00 PM.
Each team is required to provide 2-3 gallons of chili which can be prepared in advance and reheated.
There are no rules on chili ingredients.
CSI will provide a side dishes, forks, spoons, napkins, and tasting cups.
Let us know if you have special dietary needs.

June Chapter Meeting:
Annual Chili Cook-off and Awards

Chili anyone? Join Portland CSI June 14th for our 4th annual CSI Chili Cook Off. This will be a fun evening of networking, chapter awards, some chili smack talk and a little cold beer. Please look at attending, or even better, registering a team. Awards will include Best Chili, Best Theme, and People's Choice. Will the Emerging Proffessionals Team be able to defend their title and take home the trophy again? Come try the chili and find out!

Team Registration includes 4 team members registration, plus 5 addtional tickets to give out to friends and co-workers. All registration tickets include 1 drink ticket.
