This course will help you gain a better understanding of E&O insurance and how to use E&O as a risk management tool.  It wll discuss current trends and legal actions against appraisers and give practical workday solutions and tips to avoid insurance claims.

 John Torvi is Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the Herbert H. Landy Insurance Agency of Needam, MA.  John has been in the insurance industry for 25 year.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences and contributor to professional journals.
