MCA Fall Symposium:

Using Agile Construction® to Integrate MEP and Prefab

Project Management Symposium Focus Topic:  Using Agile Construction® to integrate MEP and prefab and the impact of information coordination on prefabrication success.

MCA symposiums are structured as informative and educational sessions. We encourage all of our participants to interact and talk about their experiences and success stories. 

Who should attend: Owners, Department Managers, Superintendents, Project Managers, Foremen and General Foreman and any other key players for your company.

More Information

The Fall Symposium will consist of a day and a half of discussion, presentations, sharing of experiences and group exercises.  Special thanks to the team at Culliton for sharing real-world experiences in Externalizing Work®.

Come in a day early as the team at MCA will conduct an optional half-day training session and focus group on Agile Construction® tools and methods on the Wednesday (September 17th) prior to the Symposium.  This will be a venue for new participants to learn about Agile Construction®, and for existing practitioners of Agile Construction® methods to advance their skills.  See a basic overview of the class HERE.

Wednesday, September 17th

  • 1pm - 5pm - Agile Construction® training session

Thursday, Septermber 18th

  • 8am - Noon - Morning Session
  • Noon - 1pm - Lunch
  • 1pm - 4:30pm - Afternoon Session

Friday, September 19th

  • 8am - Noon - Morning Session
  • Noon - Adjourn

Registration fees:  "$605 for single participant, $550 each for multiple participants. Cost includes breakfast and lunch for the first day, and breakfast for the second day.

Optional Agile Construction® training sessions on September 17th:             $189 per participant.
