This interactive workshop will cover the most important legal lessons every entrepreneur should know. Participants will walk-away knowing common pitfalls to avoid and best practices to keep. We will lay out simple take-aways on a broad range of topics including:

PRESENTER Grant Atkinson, Managing Attorney at Framework Law Group PC

Grant Atkinson is originally from Chicago Illinois and attended law school at Santa Clara University where he served as president of the Student Bar Association.
He has focused his law career on business, entertainment, and intellectual property matters,
and served as a lead litigation and transactions associate with a firm in Downtown Los Angeles
before launching Framework Law Group — a law firm dedicated to the entrepreneur and
creative community. He is also a musician, photographer, band manager, project developer,
and small-business owner.
