Seven Strategies that Work Together to Double Your Profits 

Oxford Hills SCORE is pleased to offer a workshop for both start-up and existing Small Businesses who wish to improve their profitability.  This no cost workshop will be held on Tuesday, February 9th, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Norway Town Office building at 19 Danforth Street, Norway. 

Did you know that there are 7 essential building blocks for every business that work together to affect your business results?  Did you know that by making modest improvements across critical areas of your business, you can achieve major improvements in your profits?  Would you like to have a better understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals that will help you with your day-to-day business needs?

In this workshop, Erna Koch will show you how to measure and improve each of the 7 areas in your business and how, by making small incremental improvements in your business, you will see a significant increase in profits.

 About the Instructor

Erna Koch is a business coach with Next Level Business Coaching in Auburn and has coached and consulted with a variety of businesses and non-profits, from startups to service organizations, small manufacturers, to helping owners prepare their businesses for sale or for their children to assume leadership.  Her background includes many years as an attorney representing and advising small and large businesses.  Coaching business owners to achieve greater success is far more enjoyable for her than cleaning up after a disaster!  Erna authored “Winning Business Exit Game:  It’s what You Keep that Counts”, a short book for business owners who plan to sell or transfer their business sometime in the next two to twenty years.
