2015 WINDExchange Summit

The Summit will be held before the annual AWEA WINDPOWER Conference and Exhibition. The Summit allows our network of local, state, and regional partners, industry professionals, and representatives from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and national laboratories to review wind energy successes, opportunities, and challenges across the United States.

The Summit agenda will include:

  • Updates on new technologies and advancements in wind energy deployment, including wind potential maps with taller hub height data, and offshore wind development technologies
  • Annual market reports for utility-scale, distributed, and offshore wind
  • Plenary sessions and regional breakout discussions
  • Updates on national policy and DOE priorities
  • Networking opportunities
  • Awards recognizing leadership in wind energy and excellence in both partnership and education

Join us for a day and a half of informative presentations and lively discussion. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the Summit on Monday, May 18.

Agenda

Please refer to the draft agenda for more information on the planned plenary sessions, regional and state breakouts, small group discussions, and presentations from invited national guest speakers.
