Are you interested in learning about the extensive range of strategic alliance, restructuring, and community collaboration options available to nonprofits? It will focus on how these models may result in increased community impact and ability to meet community needs, more effective programming and services, mission continuity, and increased financial sustainability.

Participants will learn:

  • About the range of strategic collaboration and restructuring options
  • The benefits and challenges of each model
