Stress Management: Your Raw Coping Power

In today's digital world, it seems like the rate of change is accelerating with no end in sight and the sources of stress grow by the day. While these circumstances are not going to change, we can develop new strategies for greater personal peace.

We can respond more intentionally and this interactive and experiential workshop reviews the "stress > evaluate > cope" model plus the importance of lifestyle and cognition in dealing with stress. This will explore the, "Five C's" of resilience and include handouts for you to use on your own.

For ongoing success, we will look into ways to tap into sustainable motivation, develop new habits, and a tool to support self-compliance.

Lawrence Hedblom is a certified professional executive coach and the founder of Springboard Unlimited, a dynamic consulting firm that provides coaching and leadership development programs. He is a frequent speaker on communications and leadership, teh coach approach to management, and the power of emotional intelligence. He is an executive coach with Lee Hecht Harrison and the coach practice leader at the Executive Service Corps.

There is a $20.00 fee which includes 2 CEU's for Social Workers and Counselors and a continental breakfast.

The fee is NOT REFUNDABLE, but is transferable.
