The issue of violence in healthcare settings has increasingly become a concern for those in the healthcare community. To raise awareness for the issue and start a conversation about how to address it in Northeast Ohio, The Center for Health Affairs' Behavioral Health RoundTable invites you to attend Mary Ann Jerse-O’Connor Community Forum: Healthcare Workers Protecting Each Other on Friday, May 22 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at The Castele Learning Center at Lutheran Hospital.

This community forum was developed in honor of Mary Ann Jerse-O'Connor, a victim of violence in an outpatient psychiatric department, and to shed light on the topic of protecting healthcare workers. It will feature 16 speakers with backgrounds in law and behavioral health.

Mary Ann Jerse-O’Connor Community Forum: Healthcare Workers Protecting Each Other is open to the public at no charge.

Free parking is available in the lot located on the south side of Lutheran Hospital. The entrance is off West 25th Street.
