Meaghan leads the planning, development and implementation of Avalon Flooring's marketing strategy to support 14 retail showrooms across NJ, PA & DE.  She oversees digital activities including Website Production & Management, SEO efforts, PPC initiatives and social media engagement; guides the organization in proper social media engagement tactics while building brand advocacy.  Meaghan also creates an optimized online presence and develops personal and social connections to relevant audiences.

Kayla Sheeley, Social Media & Content Creator

Kayla's work revolves around social media and content creation. She's immersed in social media daily, both personally and professionally, and has hands-on experience with all of the major networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. Kayla's worked with over half a dozen companies and brands with their social media presence, ranging from creating a simple social media plan to completely managing their accounts.
