Georgia ACT Annual Member Meeting 

Does one of your New Year’s resolutions involve: building connections by attending a professional association meeting; OR identifying a skill or knowledge needed to perform better at work; OR identifying someone in the field to contact for occasional advice? If so, join us in Macon at Georgia ACT's Annual Meeting.The meeting is open to all with an interest in housing and community development. The meeting is free to attend, with lunch provided. We encourage you to bring your board members and partners to Macon.

Check in for the Annual Member Meeting will open at 10:30 a.m. The business meeting will begin at 11 a.m.  During the business meeting, members will vote to fill three board seats.  Georgia ACT will also report on its ativities during the past year and present plans for 2016.

Lunch will offer an opportunity for networking. Following lunch, we will have two interactive sessions, one on the survery of nonprofit organizations conducted the last half of 2015 and, since the General Assembly is in session, one on interacting with your state legislators. We also have set aside time for attendees to participate in two separate round table discussions to share information and talk about best practices. As part of the registration, we ask you to select the topics that most interest you. We will select the top 8 to 10 topics to have at the meeting.
