2016 Vendor Registration for
EOR AWWA/PNCWA Operators Conference
The Eastern Oregon Region AWWA/PNCWA Committee invites you and your company to join us in Ontario, Oregon at the Four Rivers Culture Center for the 34th Annual AWWA/PNCWA Operators Conference. We would like to provide a variety of displays during the conference and would appreciate your participation.
The Eastern Oregon Operators Conference attracts water and wastewater operators along with professionals in the industry throughout ten counties in Eastern Oregon.
We have chose a Sports theme this year, with “Teamwork for Success” as the slogan. Hope you have fun with it. There will be a booth competition, the winning vendor will receive a FREE upgrade at our 2017 Conference. The attendees will vote on your booths during the luncheon on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.

- BRONZE = One Table Booth $350.00
- SILVER = One Table Booth + Breakfast Sponsorship $450.00
- GOLD = One Table Booth + Breakfast Sponsorship + Logo on Webpage $550.00
- PLATINUM = One Table Booth + Breakfast Sponsorship + Logo on Webpage and on attendee Gift $650.00
- Outside display or extra table inside $100.00

It has been suggested to reduce the vendors' time at the conference, you are welcome to stay all three days but we ask that you plan to be set-up by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 4th and stay set up until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5th.
Display set up may begin Monday, April 4th starting at 6:00 a.m.
ALL displays are to remain in place until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5th.
VENDORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS
WITHOUT A PAID REGISTRATION FEE
DOOR PRIZES Vendors are encouraged to provide a door prize that will be given away during Tuesday’s lunch break. Please leave your door prize at the registration table with a business card attached; this will allow us to recognize your donation.
EIGHT - $50. Cash prizes will be awarded to the attendees that are drawn from fully signed vendor cards. Drawing to be held at Wednesday’s Awards Luncheon.
NOMINATIONS Please place your nominations for Water & Wastewater Operator of the Year AND Water & Wastewater Project of the Year. We will be awarding the awards during Wednesday's Awards Luncheon. We encourage you to fill out a nomination form and submit it for review. Click here for the form.
