This free workshop will provide tools and techniques for leaders to be effective by working through and with people for desired results: You will learn how to:

  • Articulate a strategic Vision
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive delegation plan for direct reports
  • Create a Motivation Plan for each direct report
  • Develop a communication system focused on generating action
  • Provide objective performance feedback

Speaker: Richard Lewine

Richard is Founder and President of RSL Consulting Group, LLC, an organization development consultancy. He has over 35 years of experience working with the leaders of small and mid-size organizations, for profit and non-profit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategies and create personal and organizational goal systems. Richard has facilitated hundreds of management and leadership development workshops in the Northeast Corridor and is a SCORE mentor.
