Jayne McQuillan has over 27 years of experience in public accounting and public and private business.  The industries she has worked in include manufacturing, contracting, service and business consulting.  Her experience with privately held and family owned businesses has provided her with the insight, the understanding, and the drive to help them succeed.  She is the principal of Journey Consulting, LLC., and provides strategic management consulting to business owners and leadership to help them develop a path for success, using her creativity, and financial and business experience to accomplish the task at hand.

Brick N. Murphy has nearly 20 years of experience representing businesses

and lenders in a wide range of legal matters. He advises clients on issues
including business entity choice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring,
strategic alliances, finance arrangements, and commercial real estate
development and leasing. Additionally, he has assisted clients in the negotiation and documentation
of merger and acquisition transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $50
million throughout the United States.

 Chris Zuzick began his career in 1987 in manufacturing and in 1999, he took a position with an M & A firm assisting privately held enterprise companies. From there, Chris served as principal with the M & A division of a large, full-service accounting firm. In 2003, he established his first company providing M & A services for small-to-midsize companies. Prior to joining TKO Miller, he was with Corporate Financial Advisors where he advised small to medium sized companies.  Chris is also an adjunct professor teaching Investment Banking at Marquette University and at Carroll University teaching Applied Financial Management.
