2017 ACA, IACP, ACVP Educational Conference: Exhibitor/Sponsorship Commitment Form 

The 2017 ACA, IACP, ACVP Educational Conference will be in Coronado, CA, February 22 - 25, 2017. Sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity to spread the message that your company supports community pharmacy. By agreeing to sponsor at the 2017 ACA, IACP & ACVP Educational Conference you will increase your visibility and promote your company among conference participants.

Below is an application for your review. Read the application, rules and regulations  carefully. Complete the application with the signature of your company’s authorized representative.

Confirmation e-mails and hotel equipment order forms will be sent to exhibitors once the completed commitment form has been received. Additional information about the educational programs and special events will be forthcoming.

• At the 2016 Educational Conference exhibitors were allowed to reserve their 2017 booth. The diagram reflects the remaining booth locations available for 2017. 

Exhibitor – $3,500  ($3,000 for ACA, IACP, ACVP Corporate Partners)

Premium Exhibitor- $4,250 ($3,750 for ACA, IACP, ACVP Corporate Partners)

– Booth: One 6' x 2 1/2' draped table
– 2 Exhibitor Badges with Continuing Education credit, access to all education sessions, the Welcome      Reception, the Fellowship Luncheon and the Celebration Dessert Reception.

In addition, all exhibitors will receive:

• Recognition in conference materials and on-site signage 
• Acknowledgement on meeting website: www.EducationalConference.org 
• Acknowledgement in the meeting e-newsletter.

As an added benefit when your company commits $5000 or more in sponsorships (does not include exhibit booth monies), you receive the opportunity to offer your customers a special discount on the full conference registration fee.
