PRESENTERS

Peter Brehm Peter C. Brehm, J.D., LL.M., CVA is small business and tax attorney,and Certified Valuation Analyst through NACVA. He is an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and also teaches seminars for people to start,manage, and wind down their small businesses and is a Certified Valuation Analyst for small businesses.

Steven Ness has been advising small business owners for more than 25 years on business planning, sales, acquisitions, and succession planning. He is also a member of the Henn. Co. and Minn. Bar Associations, is on the Minn. Supreme Court’s list of neutrals, is a member of the American Arbitration Assoc., and the National Arbitration Forum.
