Coming from out of town?

Hotels in Utah County (Provo/Orem area) are completely booked up for this weekend, due to graduations occurring for both BYU and UVU.  We have checked nearly every hotel and they are all booked within about 25-30 miles from the venue.  We have partnered with our previous hotels in Sandy, Utah (about 30 minutes drive from the venue) where they have gratiously extended fantastic weekend prices for their comfortable, beautiful rooms.  Because this is a high demand weekend, we are blessed to get such great rates.  Please make your reservations early, however, as even hotels on the southern part of Salt Lake County are filling fast.

13th International Book of Mormon Evidence Conference

Attend the 13th Semi-annual National Book of Mormon Evidence Conference sponsored by the FIRM Foundation; the world's largest such event with over 700 attending and 15+ expert presenters plus artists and musicians, to be held April 25-26, 2014 at the Scera Xango Grand Theatre, Orem, Utah. Explore the newest Book of Mormon evidences in America's Heartland in the comfort of theatre seating while enjoying the massive cinema-sized screen and even more uplifting, powerful and important presentations, musical performances and artwork!

Exciting Changes For This Conference

New Timing, New Venue: We have moved the conference from the Thurs/Fri before LDS General Conference to a Fri/Sat three weeks after, April 25-26, 2014.  We are thrilled to announce that we have been able to secure the gorgeous newly remodeled 700+ seat XanGo Grand Theatre at the Scera Center for the Arts, located in Orem, Utah.  In past conferences we have had to turn folks away because we had only 500 seats available and more who wanted to attend, but now we will be able to accommodate over 700 in comfortable theatre style chairs with a massive 'monster' cinema sized screen for our conference attendee's.

DVD's - Not Streaming Video: We will not be streaming the event live, but rather will be recording it and making it available following the conference on DVD's.  We are making this change because of difficulties getting everyone set up to receive the streaming video and issues with the streaming we encountered during the last conference.  In addition, many have asked to be able to access the talks again or could not attend because of work schedules or other conflicts. The conference will be recorded to DVD's and made available to those who attend in person for a greatly reduced price ($20 + $5 S&H = $25), while those who cannot attend in person will be able to also obtain the DVD's at excellent prices ($40 + $5 S&H = $45).  DVD Pricing includes postage for mailing (in the US) following the conference. Shipping outside the US may require additional postage. DVD's can be ordered during registration or after the conference by attendees or non-attendee's.

Heartland Overview: Many times those who attend are new to the Heartland research and are unfamiliar with the foundational research. It is our most common complaint.  We find that even many who are regular attendee's and familiar with the Heartland research are not aware of the more recent foundational research. For this conference we will be providing a half-day overview of the updated Heartland Model research on Friday morning and we encourage all attendee's to come and learn of the latest foundational evidences, as well as bring your family, friends and neighbors who are not yet familiar with the research so that they can get the basics before we dive into the newest and more advanced presentations.  We feel this will be a helpful orientation for everyone and make the presentations following the overview better understood and more meaningful.

By attending this conference you will discover the latest research and evidences that the Book of Mormon history took place in the Heartland of North America and why this understanding is critically important as we apply it's truths to our day.

See Conference Schedule Below

The FIRM Foundation's 13th semi-annual International Book of Mormon Evidence Conference is going to be the best yet! More comfortable seats, bigger screen and more incredible research will make this event one you don't want to miss! You will hear and learn about the most recent research directly from studied and knowledgeable LDS and non-LDS experts relating to the field of Book of Mormon study.  You will have the opportunity to meet and mingle  with some of the most talented and amazing artists, musicians, song writers and performers as well as fellow "Heartlanders" from around the world. This conference includes two full days of solid Book of Mormon related research and promises to offer the most powerful evidence yet for the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon as a true and verifiable history that occurred in the sacred Heartland of North America.

You will come away from this conference even more energized about the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and with a greater desire to share the gospel with all those you meet.  You'll be better informed about how you can help to bring about its multitude of prophecies and promises, how to more powerfully defend its truths and how you might better help others who are having a crisis of faith.

"This is going to be the best conference ever!" - Rod Meldrum

Conference Pricing: Entire conference (Friday & Saturday) is $40. Single day registration is available for $25 either Friday or Saturday.  DVD's of the conference are available to registered attendee's for $25 (includes mailing - in US) and for non-attendee's only $45.

Notices: 04/14/14 - We now have ONLY 150 seats left! Our past five conferences have sold out with folks wanting to attend exceeding our 500 seat capacity at South Towne Expo Center.  We have 700 seats for this conference so we hope that we can accommodate all who would like to attend, but undoubtedly we could again have more folks desiring to attend than can be accommodated. If you would like to attend in person at the venue, we strongly suggest registering now!  When the seats are gone, registration will close automatically and no further registrations can be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made no less than 1 week prior to the beginning of the conference. All tickets become non-refundable after this date (midnight, Thursday April 17th, 2014).
