The Millennial Generation was born between 1977 and 2000 and is just beginning to enter the workforce. This generation's spending power in 2015 is expected to top $2.45 trillion and will surpass the Baby Boomer spending by 2018.  Business must connect with millennial consumers now because these young adults are the major consumer group of the present and the future.
