Charitable Solicitation Registration Webinar

For many nonprofits, the end of 2016 brings with it a push to receive last-minute contributions from donors.  Did you know that charitable organizations that solicit donations in Ohio must register with the Ohio Attorney General annually? This is a separate requirement from the Secretary of State registration.  Additionally, if your organization solicits donations from individuals in states other than Ohio, or solicits donations online, you may be required to register in additional states. Approximately 40 states regulate charitable solicitation, and requirements vary from state to state.  Learn more at this FREE webinar.
