*We are providing critical and impactful training during this exercise. You could possibly earn up to 6 PDUs (Professional Development Units), depending on your specific certification. Attendees must enter their PDUs into their respective certification/accrediting source to see if they qualify and meet the criteria required. Each attendee is responsible for understanding their certification guide and how many PDUs they can apply for.
Attendees will receive a training certificate at the completion of the exercise that will contain all the pertinent information regarding this event.
January 2015 Western Cyber Exchange Event
Please plan to join us on January 30, 2015 for WCX’s 1st ever Cyber and Infrastructure Security Preparedness Exercise.
This will be an enhanced tabletop exercise (simulation) that will involve area Utility, Emergency Preparedness, State, Federal and Local organizations dealing with Cyber intrusion and Critical Infrastructure issues that lead to a physical attack.
There will be individuals and organizations represented from numerous Utilities, Emergency Provider Organizations and Local Businesses that will take part in this exercise.
You are invited to attend, view, comment and see how these issues may impact your organization.
This is a valuable exercise that will give you practical and timely examples to take back to your organizations and companies to then prepare, implement or enhance your Security Preparedness Plan.
