Human Resource Training          for Small Businesses 

The seminar is designed to give new business owners (or potential owners) an understanding of the critical importance of the management of human capital. Specifically, to identify and describe strategies for recruiting and staffing a small business.

  In this session we will review: 

• Legal requirements from both a Federal and State Level
• H.R. Management plans including staffing, communications, growth, etc
• Payroll, employee rights, performance, discipline
• Compensation: benefits, rewards, training and development
• Managing through change, crisis, unionization, etc

At the conclusion of this seminar attendees will be provided with process checklists and tip sheets for each area covered.
