Friday Schedule, August 8, 2014

3:00pm to 9:00pm – Youth Cabins and Krueger Center Registration and Check-in at LuWiSoMo Reception Desk at the Retreat Center

3:00pm to 9:00pm – LuWiSoMo Campground Registration and Check-in at the LuWiSoMo Campground Canteen

3:00pm to 8:00pm – Waterfront Open

3:00pm to 10:00pm – Canteen Open at LuWiSoMo Campground

3:00pm to 7:00pm – Horseback Riding at the LuWiSoMo Riding Stable

5:00pm to 7:30pm – Fish fry in the LuWiSoMo Banquet Hall

8:30pm – Opening Devotion/Sing-a-long at LuWiSoMo Campground, between Sites 42 & 43

Saturday Schedule, August 9, 2014

6:00am – 10K Race and 5K Walk/Run Registration begins at LuWiSoMo Campground

7:00am – 10K Race starts at LuWiSoMo Campground

7:30am to 9:00am – Continental Breakfast at the LuWiSoMo Retreat Center Banquet Hall

8:00am to 4:00pm – Waterfront Open

8:30am – 5K Walk/Run starts at LuWiSoMo Campground

9:00am to 5:00pm – 2015 Family Weekend pre-booking for current accommodations at Reception Desk in Retreat Center

9:00am to 4:00pm – Children’s Activities (schedule at Reception Desk)

9:00am – Bingo at the Picnic Shelter

9:00am to 4:00 pm – Horseback Riding at LuWiSoMo Riding Stable

9:00am to 5:00pm – Wagon Tours at LuWiSoMo Reception Center

10:30 am – Volleyball Tournament begins at volleyball court; sign up at LuWiSoMo Reception Desk by 10:00am

11:00am to 3:00 pm – Chicken BBQ & Pie Sale at the LuWiSoMo Retreat Center Banquet Hall

11:00am to 3:00pm – Silent Auction in the Big Top outside of the LuWiSoMo Retreat Center

1:00pm to 5:00pm – Slip n’ Slide water slides and Water Fountain Pads at the hill by Krueger Retreat Center

1:00 pm – Horseshoe Tournament begins at horseshoe pits; sign up at LuWiSoMo Reception Desk by 12:30pm

4:30pm to 6:00 pm – Brat & Burger Fry at the LuWiSoMo Banquet Hall

6:30 pm – Worship Service at the Chapel of St. Barnabas

7:30pm – Concert from the Picnic Shelter

9:00pm – Fireworks Display at the Lakefront

 7:30am to 9:00am – Full Breakfast at the LuWiSoMo Banquet Hall; breakfast registration Saturday, August 9^th at Reception Desk

8:30am – Fireworks Clean-Up - ALL WELCOME at the Lakefront

9:00am to 1:00pm – 2015 Family Weekend pre-booking at Reception Desk in LuWiSoMo Retreat Center

10:00am to 5:00pm – Horseback Riding at LuWiSoMo Riding Stables

10:00am to Dusk – Waterfront Open
