You will explore your style, how you can use and misuse your style in leading, influencing, selling to, and problem solving with other managers, employees, suppliers and even customers. You will learn:

  • A framework for interpersonal style
  • How leaders leverage their style
  • Common leader blind spots and mistakes leaders make
