2013 Holiday Murder Mystery Dinner

You are invited to join the Golden Gate and East Bay Chapters of the California Association of Health Facilities at our Annual Holiday Dinner (A Murder Mystery) this year on Wednesday evening, December 4th, 2013 starting at 6:30 pm.    Our Mystery will be in the Capitan’s Room at McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood Restaurant located in historic Ghirardelli Square.   You can help in solving our Dinner Murder Mystery while also watching the panoramic views of San Francisco Bay, Angel Island, Alcatraz & Aquatic Park and enjoying the many members and associates who will be joining us.  

McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood & Steaks is located in San Francisco’s historic Ghirardelli Square. Come and enjoy a delicious, specially prepared dinner in the Capitan’s Room for our 2013 GGAHF/EBAHF Holiday Party, which features expansive views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island, Aquatic Park, Angel Island and the marina.

Your Dinner Choices are:

• Beef Wellington with onions & blue cheese in Puff Pastry a bordelaise sauce
• Pistachio Crusted Atlantic Salmon with citrus butter
• Vegetarian

 ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Each facility is asked to bring a gift for our Associate members Appreciation Raffle – suggested that your gift be approximately $30, and you are welcome to put your name on the gift.

Be sure that you are on-time so you can help to solve the MYSTERY.

RESERVATIONS (Please read carefully, as we must make reservations with the restaurant and we will be charged for all meals that we order)

• $85.00 per person for PAID reservations received on or before November 25th.   You may pay either by PayPal (link on the reservation form) or by check mailed to GGAHF at P. O. Box GG, Daly City, CA 94017-0234 (please, your check must be received no later than November 30^th)

• $95.00 per person for all PAID PAYPAL ONLY Reservations received on or after November 26th and no later than December 1st.

• $105.00 per person on or after December 2nd (ONLY If there is space available on Wednesday evening) – but we would really appreciate your advanced PAID Reservations – so would the restaurant in order to know what to prepare.   Only surprise we will be looking for is the ANSWER TO OUR MYSTERY at the dinner.
