Keynote Speaker: Mary McLaughlin-Davis, DNP, MSN, APRN-BC, CCM, President of Case Management Society of America (CMSA).
This program has been submitted to The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers for 4.0 CE contact hours traditional programming, 1.0 CE for Ethic programming in compliance with the CCMC Code of Ethics and 1.0 CE for Vendor Poster previously approved.

Mary McLaughlin-Davis, DNP, MSN, APRN-BC, CCM, became a certified case manager in 1993. She has provided care coordination services for inpatients,
outpatients, and health care plans. Dr. Davis, as a Clinical nurse specialist, has
worked extensively with patients having chronic disease, notably congestive heart
failure and stroke. She is a Senior Director of care management for the Cleveland Clinic Health System and an adjunct nursing faculty member at Ursuline College. Dr. Davis serves as President for the Case Management Society of America, and is an active member of their Public Policy Commitee. She speaks on care coordination topics both locally and at international conferences.

Guest speakers
Dr. Haleh Nekoorad-Long, is a certified geriatric psychiatrist, and is working at
Cascade Behavioral Health in Washington. As a geriatric psychiatrist, Dr.
Nekoorad-Long primarily works with aging adults and issues regarding dementia,
depression, and bipolar disorder. She also helps aging adults manage multiple medications and their possible interactions. Her experience includes being full time medical director with AltaVita Memory Care in Colorado.
She attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She completed her residency at the Emory University School of Medicine, specializing in general psychiatry. Following her residency, she completed a fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine in Geriatric Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry. Dr. Nekoorad-Long is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc., a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties. She is also a member of the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatrists, the American Psychiatric Association, the Colorado Psychiatric Association, and the Boulder County Medical Society.
Margaret Klein, RN, MS, MSN, JD is a nurse, attorney, ethicist,educator, and
published author with over 40 years of experience in healthcare, law and the
insurance industry. She has held positions in direct patient care,
case management, hospital and clinical management and administration - serving in healthcare leadership positions for Legacy Health System, Oregon Health Sciences University, and Providence Health and Services. As an attorney, she served with the Oregon Department of Justice, Trial Division.
