Monte Stiles has served as a state and federal prosecutor 28 years. During this time he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Idaho where he supervised the Organized Crime/Drug Enforcement Task Force.

Chief Robert Ticer


Chief Robert Ticer is a 25-year veteran law enforcement officer and is currently the Chief of Police in Avon, CO. Prior to his appointment as Chief, he completed 20-years of service with the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Read Montague, Ph.D.

 

Professor Montague is the founding director of the Human Neuroimaging Laboratory and Computational Psychiatry Unit at the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute, as well as a Professor of Physics at Virginia Tech. Montague's work centers broadly on human social cognition, decision-making, and willful choice with a goal of understanding the computational and neurobiological basis of these functions in health and disease.

Warren K. Bickel, Ph.D.


Dr. Bickel is the Director for the Addiction Recovery Research Center at the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute; Professor in the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech; Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine; and Professor in the Virginia Tech Faculty of Health Sciences.
