Portland Protected Sick Time Best Practices Forum 

Join us for a public forum intended to support businesses implementing Portland’s Protected Sick Time Ordinance. This will be an opportunity for employers, human resource personnel, business service providers, employees and consultants to share their challenges, solutions, and best practices for policies and procedures that address the new law.

Outcomes: Discussions will help clarify processes and procedures that can make the regulations more effective, understandable, and efficient for employees and employers. We expect to identify employer needs to offer further support in implementing the ordinance, and we also hope to give business and service providers a chance to share their templates and tools on the Portland Protected Sick Time website.
