Based on past-years' feedbacks, we are now combining our RESUME + COVER LETTER WORKSHOP with a one-on-one individual critique.

PART ONE: (Morning) Resume & Cover Letter Workshop

PART TWO: (Afternoon) One-on-One Resume Critique Session with the career coach
(40 min)

In the MORNING WORKSHOP, we will guide mothers on how to write an effective resume & cover letter that helps you make a career switch OR come back into the workforce.
Learn how to re-invent your Personal Brand to move ahead in your career. This workshop is ideal for mothers who:
- have taken some time off and want to REJOIN the workforce
- want to CHANGE career paths
- wants to move into a FLEXI-WORK arrangement

We will also highlight some myths (and ways to debunk and overcome them) that cover letters/ resumes are often described to be!

This is a hands-on event where attendees will get to put into practice (immediately) the tips given by the trainers.

COVER LETTER & RESUME WRITING (Specially for Mothers)
- A step-by-step guide to revamping your resume
- Understanding how to "highlight skills"
- Addressing the "Gap" (for SAHM returning to work force)
- What employers are seeking and how to address those requirements in your cover letter & Resume
- Understanding some possible "biasness" that mothers rejoining the workforce or seeking out a different careerpath may face. (Solutions to tackle the problem)

* To make this workshop useful, there will only be 15 places available to keep the session interactive and useful for all attendees.

IN THE AFTERNOON SESSION, We will guide participants to work on their resumes. This will be followed by an individual 30 minute one-on-one Resume Critique Session.

In the session we will specifically look at your concerns and make suggestions for changes.

This will followed up by an email assessment post-event
