38th Annual Robert Burns Supper
Join us for an evening of Scottish music, dance & celebration!
Since its founding, The La Crosse Highlanders have planned and sponsored, and the Band has performed in, our annual Robert Burns Supper, often with 200 and more guests attending. Ours is one of thousands of similar occasions hosted around the world, saluting the famous Scottish poet, Robert Burns, and celebrating aspects of Scottish heritage, tradition, and cuisine.
This year, the venue is the Cargill Room right on the Mississippi River, one of La Crosse's most beautiful locations. Music will be provided by Shortridge, Skrade and Transø, and, of course, the La Crosse & District Pipes & Drums. As always, we will have silent auction items, as well as the band auction.
Highland Attire is Encouraged!

Entrees include Scottish soda bread, The Waterfront House Salad - Organic spring greens, cherry tomatoes, feta crumbles, toasted pistachios, white balsamic vinaigrette

- 8 ounce Sirloin Steak served with fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes
- White wine marinated chicken, white wine poaches pea, whipped goat cheese and chives on brioche with shaved raw asparagus salad
- Seared Scottish Salmon with crushed potatoes and buttered greens
- Classic Pesto Linguini - Linguini in light pesto cream with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, onions and shaved parmesan
Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding - sponge cake served with toffee sauce and whipped cream
