Speaker: Shannon Isom
Shannon is CEO of the YWCA Dayton. Isom is responsible for the executive and administrative leadership of the YWCA Dayton, which strives to eliminate racism and empower women. The nonprofit has played a pivotal role in shaping the Dayton region. She began her professional career working for the YWCA in Columbus as a program manager. Isom has more than 15 years in the health industry, working for Wyeth Pharmaceutical's Women’s Health Division, Miami Valley Hospital, Premier Health Partners and CareSource. She has a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College in Atlanta and an MBA from Northeastern University.
