Webinar: Building Natural Supports with Lisa Latchford

Join Lisa Latchford in a conversation about how to create natural supports in the work place.  Natural supports are occurring all the time in most work places.  This work shop is aimed to assist participants with learning strategies to develop, support and maintain natural supports in the work place. 

Explore how Natural supports will be unique to every environment and to each individual’s specific needs.  Discover the “myth of independence” and how nature supports enrich our quality of life in our professional lives each day.

Lisa Latchford was born and raised in Grand Rapids,                                Michican. Lisa was inspired to make a career move to from Microsoft to EES by a coworker with a disability and joined EES in 1995. She is currently the Director of Employment Services for AtWork!  She has over 22 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities and her professional focus for the last 19 years has been to contribute to quality employment opportunities for adults with disabilities in private and public companies.  

As a private consultant, Lisa provides training and consultation at the local, state, and national level.  She is a visionary leader with experience in marketing, leadership, management, training, and facilitation.  Lisa holds a BA in Speech Communication with an emphasis in marketing from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
