The 2016 California Primary:
A Disturbing Story
with Bill Simpich, Ida Martinac, John Paul Rice, Marie Johnson, and Lori Grace
The California Primary was very poorly managed. We will show Uncounted: The Story of the California Primary, an extensive mini-documentary by Michelle Boley and Taylor Gill, made in the last two weeks. If you choose to watch it, you may feel very disturbed. We invite you to come to this evening, with updates on the California primary and recently filed lawsuits.
Bill Simpich and Ida Martinac, two attorneys-at-law, will be present to answer questions about the lawsuits that have been created to address some of the many injustices that have occurred in California. Bill Simpich will have just returned from filing a lawsuit in San Diego to follow up on another election integrity lawsuit that has already been filed by Ray Kurtz. Bill has also filed another lawsuit against Secretary of State Alex Padilla, which he will also talk about.
Problems in the California primary election range from poor and disrespectful training of poll workers and poll inspectors, to voter suppression and electronic manipulation.
John Paul Rice from Los Angeles will make a brief statement on SKYPE about the electronic manipulation that happened in California on that night as well as in New Jersey and Delaware.
Lori Grace will be present to report on the recent filing of an Ohio election integrity lawsuit by Cliff Arnebeck and Robert Fitrakis.
________________________________________
Bill Simpich, attorney-at-law, has been a civil rights attorney for thirty-years and has become deeply involved in election integrity law. He is committed to seeing America change the way it handles elections so that a true democracy can evolve here.
Ida Martinac, also an attorney-at-law for many years, has done much research on election integrity and voter suppression law, and is a close associate with Bill Simpich in the two lawsuits he has filed.
John Paul Rice is a filmmaker and educator in the field of election integrity and will talk about the web surveillance that he did in a number of states, including California, on June 7th and the dramatic election irregularities that presented themselves.
Lori Grace has been involved in election integrity issues since 2003 and longs for the emergence of a democracy based upon the true will of the American people. She knows much about attempted and successful manipulations that have occurred every election year. She has at times felt tremendous dismay about American elections and hopes that 2016 may be the starting year of transformation in how elections are run.
