The Potomac Piranhas™ Hackathon is an intensive workshop designed to rapidly develop and vet innovative solutions that contribute to a cleaner watershed. It is a key activity to help accelerate ideas and technologies towards a viable business model that could potentially be funded at a future Potomac Piranhas™ Pitch event.
We are looking for anyone with an interest, expertise, or creative idea related to watershed improvement. Maybe it is a new technology or product, or an innovative service that can improve the health of our waterways. The sky (or is it the sea?) is the limit!
The Potomac Piranhas™ Hackathon will be hosted by the World Resources Institute at their offices at 10 G Street, NE in the NoMa District of Washington, DC. The building is immediately adjacent to Washington Union Station, and is easily accessible by the Metro Red Line, VRE, and MARC. There is also ample paid parking in the Washington Union Station garage.
