What is it? Join us in this engaging and enlightening session where a master Constant Contact trainer will share over 5 years’ experience meeting and teaching Constant Contact customers. This is a great mixture of product training, customer insights, and sales advice. You'll also have some time with YOUR Constant Contact Account Manager, Brett Lemoine! You might be surprised at the many tips and tricks you’ll pick up in this session as your presenter shares engaging ways to use the product you might have never thought about. He’ll arm you with talking points, ways to wow leads and customers and share some insights you’ll likely hear nowhere else!  Meet and discuss Constant Contact with a field trainer who has taught over 9,000 Constant Contact customers and partners in 48 states over the last 5 years. We'll also have time with your Account Manager, Brett Lemoine who will be ready to highlight some new partnership related news and take your questions!

About the Trainer

Matthew Montoya HeadshotMatthew Montoya, National Product Trainer has been with Constant Contact for almost 5 years. In that time, he’s traveled to 46 states to teach over 8000 Constant Contact customers and partners how to better use the product. Previous to his time with Constant Contact, Matthew used Constant Contact as a customer for over 3 years at a non-profit. He brings his real world experience with the product as a customer to every presentation he gives. Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in marketing, having worked for the Village Voice as Marketing Director, not only working with all aspects of marketing but also selling advertising and sponsorships. He has deep experience in email, print, radio, tv and web marketing, along with vast experience producing, marketing and running events.

About your Account Manager

Brett hBrett Headshotas been with Constant Contact for just over nine years, the last 4 of which have been as an account manager Brett has been working with partners from all over North America, though for the last two years I've worked with partners in the Southeast and more recently, the Midwest.
As an account manager he's here as a resource to help partners effectively integrate Constant Contact into their businesses and help develop a strategy to use Constant Contact successfully for both partners and clients.
