Can we allow difficulty as well as ease? Pain as well as pleasure? Can we drop our arguments with life, and open to the moment, whatever it is, with curiosity? This attitude of radical allowance is an expression of lovingkindness and is an important part of the transformative power of mindfulness. We allow in order to see the true nature of our experience, and this clarity of view releases compassion in our hearts, and opens our minds into spaciousness, ease and wisdom.
Please join us for a day of practice to learn more about vipassana and experience the benefits of sustained mindfulness, including sitting and walking meditation, instructions and other guidance, and plenty of time for questions.
