Our menu:
1st Course
Thick Cut Bacon, toasted fennel slaw, orange jalepeno marmalade - Paired with Rockinham Ale, a hoppy red ale - caramel with notes of pine and citrus 5.5%ABV
2nd Course
Watermelon Feta Brulee, beef steak tomato, strawberry balsamic reduction, blood orange olive oil - paired with Javelina, an Indian pale ale - malt backboe balanced with candied orange and apricot 6.5%ABV
3rd Course
Coriander Seared Duck Breast, loaded duchess yukon, pancetta creamed corn - paired with Silence of the Hams, a Belgian style quad - a darker colored malty beer with spices that evoke fall 10.3%ABV
4th Course
Peanut Butter Fudge Oreo Pie, caramelized bacon crisp, ginger gelato - paired with Belly of the Beast, a bacon Imperial stout - smokey, salty and sweek 8.6%ABV
