Anne Marie Levis, MBA is the President and Creative Director of Funk/Levis and Associates, a full-service brand design agency and communications firm in Eugene, Oregon. As a crisis communications expert, she has helped develop and implement key messages for the cities of Eugene and Beaverton in times of intense public turmoil. Anne Marie also worked extensively with higher ed to assist with communications, marketing and public relations. Her firm has been working with Lane Community College since the 1990’s helping with communication, advertising, bond campaign work and public relations efforts. Anne Marie has also worked for Umpqua Community College assisting with their communications and media relations since the terrible event on their campus in October 2015.
Pam Akini, M.Ed. (& PhD-BA in process) is faculty in both the Business Administration and the Customized Training and Development Services departments at CCC. Pam works with businesses and partners to provide individualized education, training, and consulting services. Pam has many Leadership and Instrument administration endorsements (DDI, Achieve Global, PREP, MBTI, and Emotional Intelligence) and maintains professional certifications for LEAN Training, executive coaching and Global Career Development facilitation.
Chabre Vickers, BA, serves as the Community Relations Manager for the Southeast Campus of Portland Community College and is leading the effort to engage the larger Southeast Portland community in the importance of Student Success. As a campus leader, she implements community and public relations strategies that advance the College’s goals with key external and internal constituents. Chabre chairs the City of Portland's Human Rights Commission; is a member of the Minority Evaluator Program for the City of Portland; and a Board member for many organizations including the OHSU Avel Gordly Center for Healing, the Portland Trail Blazers Make it Better Board of Professionals, and the Portland African American Leadership Forum. Most recently, she was elected to lead the Portland Council on Black American Affairs at PCC as the Vice President for Organizational Vitality & Programs.
