Sign up now to take advantage of the early bird rates.  EARLY BIRD rates have been extended until September 30, 2014!  Villa Roma will not guarantee room availability after this date.  

Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 800-727-8455 and enter 1 for reservations by September 30, 2014. Identify yourself as a member of NYSSEA. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a deposit in the amount of $100.00 by check or a major credit card.

Rates Include:  Nightly music and top variety entertainment with a different show each night; complete schedule of daytime activities, games and prizes for all ages; indoor sports complex with bocce, shuffleboard, ping-pong, table & video games, indoor pool/Jacuzzi and fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center.

  The NYSSEA Board has made arrangements to have a professional photographer available during the Sunday evening events (October 26 from 5:30PM - 7:00PM), to take professional digital images for the NYSSEA Board and any other interested conference attendees. 
 
The fee for this opportunity is $20.00, payable in advance ONLY, as availability is limited. See the Conference Registration Form to make your advance payment. These professional business images can be used on any printed or digital materials.  Digital Images will be emailed to you within 3 weeks.

27th Annual NYSSEA Conference 2014 

Presidential Call to Conference

I want to welcome you to our 27th Annual Conference.  Your Board of Directors have selected October 25, 26 & 27, 2014 at the Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center in Callicoon, NY as our conference site. This is YOUR OFFICIAL INVITATION to participate and make your views known regarding the business of the Society.  We always NEED your input.  OUR FEATURED PRESENTERS THIS YEAR ARE ROBERT MCKENZIE, ESQ. AND KEVIN HUSTON, EA USTCP.  BOTH ARE HIGHLY REGARDED AND SOUGHT-AFTER NATIONAL SPEAKERS.  DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY.

Included as part of this official Call to Conference are the registration forms (conference and class), business agendas for the meetings and hotel registration information and rates.  Please review them carefully, noticing deadline dates.  New this year is the ability to register online, using a credit card or check for payment. The other option for registration is to print out the forms and mail them in with a check.  See detailed instructions below.

We have a Silent Auction with the results being announced at the Banquet on Sunday evening. Please bring an item to donate to the auction.  Examples: wine, homemade gifts, gift certificates, books (new or used), CDs and DVDs.  The proceeds benefit our Scholarship Fund!

There will be two Board of Director Meetings, the first will be Friday, at 4:00 PM and the second meeting will be Monday afternoon at 1:30 PM.  Board meetings are open to any interested members.  However, you must notify Brenda Quinn EA by October 6, so that we can arrange proper space.

This Call will serve as your Notice of the Annual Meeting under Section 6.02 of the Society’s by-laws.  The Annual Meeting is held during lunch on Saturday.  The agenda appears below:

If you are paying by check, be sure to mail the check, along with a copy of your confirmation email to Brenda Quinn, EA.  Please note that credit card payments will be made through PayPal but you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
