Legal liability issues confront entrepreneurs at all stages of the business life cycle from inception to exit. This workshop offers practical and timely guidelines relevant to business owners, managers, executives and investors on ways to manage legal liability risks. Topics that will be covered:
Our Speaker: Gary Hirsch is a business lawyer who specializes in advising high-growth, privately-held companies on matters ranging from contracts, partnerships and IP, to venture funding, corporate governance and acquisitions. He has practiced law for over 20 years, including tenures with a major firm in New York, a Fortune 500 law department, and two successful technology companies, where he ran the legal functions and led his last company through an IPO. Since starting his own business in 2012, Gary has provided his general counsel services to over 50 private companies, including start-ups in New York and Connecticut. He also serves as a SCORE counselor to numerous local businesses.
