Kristin LaRosa
Kristin is Senior Counsel for ADP’s Small Business Services and advises on ADP’s HR, and Time and Attendance solutions relating to wage and hour compliance tools, best practices and relevant workplace laws, rules and regulations. Prior to joining ADP, Kristin was Vice President in Goldman Sachs Employment Law group where she provided advice and counseling on all aspects of employment, from hiring to termination. Kristin also worked for a number of big law firms where she represented employers in numerous employment-related claims before state and federal agencies. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.
Meryl Gutterman
Meryl is Counsel for ADP’s Small Business Services and advises on ADP’s HR solutions relating to workplace policies, HR best practices and new laws and regulations impacting ADP’s clients. Prior to joining ADP, Meryl worked for a boutique labor and employment firm where she counseled clients on complex employment matters, developed employee handbooks and anti-harassment trainings, and conducted investigations into allegations of employee misconduct. Meryl also defended employers in all aspects of the litigation process. She graduated from the Fordham School of Law.
