IRS Update - This session will focus on the tax law changes that affect the preparation of the 2014 Form 1040. The requirement of minimum essential care (MEC), the individual shared responsibility payment and the new tax forms such as Forms 8962, 8965 and the 1095 series will be covered in detail.
