The objectives for this workshop include:
1) Personal & Team Development Across People, Processes, & Philosophies: Gain a deeper insight into personal and team skill portfolios of discovery (innovation) and delivery (execution) skills (The Innovator’s DNA) that can foster the creation of successful new business models, products, services, and processes
2) Action Learning Plans: Create actionable answers to the following questions:
3) Ideation Skills: Leverage the Innovator’s DNA five Discovery Behaviors: Questioning, Observing, Networking, Experimenting, and Associating to generate game-changing ideas more frequently both individually and as teams.
During the workshop we will attempt to address these questions by understanding and practicing the everyday behaviors of disruptive innovators.
