The objectives for this workshop include:

1) Personal & Team Development Across People, Processes, & Philosophies: Gain a deeper insight into personal and team skill portfolios of discovery (innovation) and delivery (execution) skills (The Innovator’s DNA) that can foster the creation of successful new business models, products, services, and processes

2) Action Learning Plans: Create actionable answers to the following questions:

  • “How do I personally innovate?”
  • “How can I improve my innovation skills?”
  • “How can I encourage and support others’ innovative actions?”
  • “How can I better lead innovation by building “Innovator’s DNA” skills into my team and organization?

3) Ideation Skills: Leverage the Innovator’s DNA five Discovery Behaviors: Questioning, Observing, Networking, Experimenting, and Associating to generate game-changing ideas more frequently both individually and as teams.
