Fischer Nutrition is a dietetics consulting company whose mission is to enhance quality of life through appropriate, science based nutrition education.  Nick, owner and operator of Fischer Nutrition, combines the science of nutrition with simple cooking techniques to increase the convenience of healthy eating while cutting grocery bills.  His hope is to reconnect people's relationship to food and eliminate the intimidation of "eating healthy."  Eat well.
