Airports:

You can fly into Sacramento, Oakland, or San Francisco.  Drive time from each is about an hour, so you will need a car -- or do a search for shuttles from the airport to Napa.  If you are spending extra time to do winery touring, you may want a car (if you're the designated driver), or check with the hotel concierge for tours that will pick you up from the hotel.
