The TPREIA and Texas InterNACHI  Annual Conference is scheduled for October 24-25, 2015 at Texas A&M University.   This unique 2-day event is designed to meet the needs of the 21st Century Home Inspector and promises to be one of the best educational events that we have offered.  You don't want to miss this event!

Our presenters are all qualified professionals with ample experience and knowledge in their subject matters. The presenters will speak to real inspection needs and not just provide information that may or may not be useful to you in the field.  

Look at these classes...

One and Two Family Dwelling Electricals Sytems #29344 will be taught by Keith Lofland and Joseph Wages from the  International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI).   If you have never heard of IAEI before,  get ready to be impressed with electrical knowledge that you will use every day during every inspection. The IAEC will have their One and Two Family Dwelling Systems  and the 2014 NEC books  available for purchase for $51.50 each.  These books are a  must have for every Inspector's library  and will be the book used during the class.   IAEI will provide FREE White Book Directories to all attendees.

Inspecting an HVAC System and Duct Work #20550 will be presented by one of the most premier HVAC Companies in Houston, Central City Air. These guys are outstanding and know what a TREC Home Inspector looks at and reports on during a home inspection.  Bring your note pads, cameras and get ready to be blown away with the knowledge you will gain from attending this class.

James Hardie Installation Inspections #22283.  This manufacturer will show you how Hardie materials are to be installed properly and what to look for as red flags on installations.  You come across these products on many inspections and need to know what is the correct way for it to be installed.   You will develop your inspection skills and knowledge by attending this class.

Understanding and Identifying Termites and Other Wood Destroying Organisms. #20561.  Listen, watch and learn from an experienced and knowledgeable Texas Termite Inspector. You are certain to be impressed and challenged with this outstanding presenter. 

Is My Claim Covered? Understanding the Claims Made Policy Form. #24827. Did you know claims against Home Inspectors has risen?  This class will explain the details to you and demonstrate some of the reasons why claims are made and how cases are either won or lost.  Every Home Inspector needs to know this information.

Inspecting Chimneys and Fireplaces.  #23220   Do you know everything about fireplaces and chimneys? Even if you think you do,  you are certain to learn additional technical and valuable information by attending this class. Our Professional Home Inspector will make you stop and think just how much you may have missed while performing a inspections in the past.

TREC and Current Issues Concerning Inspectors #29491 This will be a Team of Professionals that will provide updates on various TREC changes and current issues concerning Home Inspectors. Come prepared to listen, learn and ask questions.
