Lyn is a retired Bank CFO and HR Director, who also was a VP in Finance at an airline she helped to take public in 1997. In the early nineties, she was the Controller for a project to buy a bankrupt, shut down iron foundry in Western PA, where she helped put together state, local Economic Development, and bank loans. The state representative said it was the most creative funding project he had ever seen. In 2010, Lyn wrote a position paper for the Securities and Exchange Commission to set a new limited standard of Generally Accepted Accounting Standards for publicly traded TARP financing. The SEC, after reading the position paper and having Lyn defend it, concurred with her position.
