Free Event! By Women, For Women: Tales from the Trenches

Join a panel discussion with successful women entrepreneurs, who will share their hard-won knowledge and offer you an opportunity to learn from their business successes and mistakes. They will focus on the highlights, roadblocks and victories that are often unique to women business owners.

Along with these discussions, there will be ample time for questions and answers. There will also be a half hour lunch break for lunch and networking.

At the end of this panel discussion, you will be able to:

  • Describe some of the unique challenges faced by women owners
  • Summarize the perils involved in starting your own business
  • Discuss options and techniques for sourcing money
  • List strategies to plan for the unexpected
  • Deal more effectively with challenges in the economy

Some of the panelists have newer businesses and others have been in business for a while. All have experienced the ups and downs of starting any new venture, especially as women entrepreneurs.

Who should attend?
Women who are just starting up a business or are looking to grow their existing business.

Register early, seats are limited!

After the workshop put these insights to work. Schedule a free follow up appointment with a SCORE NYC mentor.
